Awesome place hot fresh burgers and delicious treats .customer service was really great love it
It was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Walked into the place to order my food and an employee came to the front shouting about how the manager wasn't here and she apologized. After ordering my food and sitting down, my family and I heard the staff arguing and shouting at each other. On top of that the food was all cold and the order was all wrong. After going to the front to get my money back for the food we didn't receive, employees we still arguing and after 5 minutes of standing at the counter with no service, we finally got our money back. Wont be going back and would definitely not be recommending this place to anyone.
I wrote this review right after my meal last week and although my review still stands, I'd like to point out that the manager just called me after hearing about my complaint and I'm very pleased with how she handled it and I'm happy to say that she is taking care of the problem and is worth giving another chance.

Worst service ever experienced. I have visited this location twice and both times the same employe was rude. During my first visit she seemed to just want to get my order out of the way so she could continue speaking to a man flirting with her in the lobby. The second time my sons food was cold and when I went to ask her to heat it up, another employee yelled out her name, ( which was Karisha) and told her "hurry up so we could get up out of here". She turned to me laughed and said they are almost closed so everything was cleaned out already. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
